Does anyone know what the company is doing about the 3,000 total time requirement for upgrade? Haven't heard anything about it.

It's being reduced to 2500 hours in the next FM1 revision - heard this directly from the guy who writes the books.

They stopped posting because there is no news to post. There were 50 in the pool then. Now there are the 35 selected plus the ones going later in Feb.

Couldn't agree more. A new guy gets hired and starts to gain experience. Then flies with a guy that's negative on the company. If you don't remember where you came from and who hired you, it can rub off.

Just remember. You were hired as an American Airlines pilot. How quickly some here forget.

Who is complaining about the flow? Quit putting words in people's mouths.

The only way that 04 hire will go in March would be if they flow 80-something in February.
