Few questions as a newjack:
1. If youre on SB or RAP, how do you monitor flights to see potential for getting called in? Flightview>departures, the reserve list or just bug daily desk?
2. How do I call in sick or fatigued?
3. Where do I find that excel form that lays out base/seat manning with seniority numbers?
Thanks in advance

2. Call CS and call in sick. Then once you are well check in with the CPO with a phone call/email/office visit.
3. The (3u/base/seat/equipment/d) d is just the letter d. It stands for "domestic"
This will tell you where you are on the seniority list. I.e. 29 out of 130 pilots.

For example if mine says currently holding bid status 71
Relative position is 69
What does that mean to me?

You’re better off looking at the ALPA lists, they’re more accurate and updated more regularly than decs

I thought as much. Just scared to sign on as a cadet only to realize another regional is a better fit. That contract can be a bit scary tbh
