Why don't you take a break from your ridiculous trolling? Yet another disgruntled guy. Do you even work here? It sure seems like you have no idea how things work here.

I find it sad that when very positive news is announced, you have people who find it necessary to post sometimes false and inflammatory information about Envoy.
We just announced that 35 were selected to flow. How is that bad?
Let's review. Envoy has sent 684 pilots to AA via the flow since it restarted. Another 100 guys are in the pool to flow. That's 784 pilots who have hit the career jackpot.
Envoy continues to take delivery of E-175's and I would look for an announcement in the near future regarding additional 175's. LGA opened last month and we have another base looming.
We have the largest flow percentage of any of the wholly owneds. 2.5 year upgrade/less than 6 to flow is right on schedule. In fact, the 2.5 year upgrade may soon translate to a 2 year upgrade. Even better than the projections. Hiring bonuses and pay that meets or exceeds all other carriers. And we are hiring the most of any other regional carrier right now. 70 plus new hires each month are now the norm.
My question is. What's so bad about any of that?

No one is saying that this is bad news, not even taking a dump on the good news. Just correcting the cheerleaders on here who are claiming that the company is increasing the flow. When we actually send more than 30 to class then you can claim the increase. Until then, nothing has changed.

35 pilots have been selected for flow. AAG could have easily selected zero since we already have over 60 in the pool now. They may not flow exactly 35 but it's very possible this could happen.
Just immediately discounting the selection of 35 is degrading to the process. Comments such as, selecting 35 is a lot different than actually flowing 35. It's obvious that AAG is honoring the flow above and beyond what is required.
Why so negative? Who have you been flying with that has turned you against the company? It's obvious that your outlook has changed in looking at your posts last year. You, in fact, were calling out people who were deriding the company at one time.

CR700, you are calling the runway in sight when all you see is the approach lights. You are being written off as a Fluffer when your posts lack the details to present accurate information. You come across as a salesman, which is of no use to anyone. Nobody trusts a salesman.

The "selecting" process has no bearing on actual flow. It isn't a positive or negative metric. It's just an arbitrary step in the flow process.
Restricting the flow while offering zero time lines last year is going above and beyond the flow? I don't think so. Yes the company did flow more during the summer due to the furloughed pilots.
I'm negative? The only time anyone on here chimed in about this topic was when someone assumed AAG was flowing 35 pilots in February. I simply stated we don't know how many pilots will go to class in February. Others just stated that selecting vs flowing are to different terms.
