Yep...one of the stereotypical millennial douches that have unfortunately found their way here. He's posted a handful of videos from the cockpit inflight during sterile ops that I'm sure got taken down before the feds got involved. Sadly, I expect only more of his type to come through the doors as time goes on.

Lol, you guys are ridiculous. Aviatior Chavez is just having fun and makes some good videos. I know when I’m on reserve I let that beard grow out too until they call me in to sit 3 hours of standby.

I love what I do too. And guess what, I can have fun and be a good crew member while also being a professional. Those things are not mutually exclusive. Would you really trust that guy to help you out when things go wrong during a flight? I guess I could at least count on him having some great video evidence of our last moments.

You don’t see a harmed party? What about the pilot who now has 1000 hours sic and wants to upgrade but the company isn’t holding a bid because they are getting dec. what about the pilot who wants to change equipment but can’t because the bid will now be smaller and they won’t fit in the 30%. If the company wants they can hold a vacancy bid every 2 weeks that closes on Monday afternoon, they know pilots will displace and change equipment at an alarming rate. The company can’t afford that they need to offer us something enticing if they want us to allow DEC. your worth more stop giving it up for free.

Just because Pedro4pres is advocating sport bidding or whatever he calls it, doesn’t mean there’s some of us that want to move on up and out because we have other options once we tick certain boxes. The whole street CA thing delays that, even if it’s only by 2-3 months it’s still has an effect.
