My point is I think your claim of up to 700 hours the first year, including 2-4 months of RSV, is inflated. I would think the lower realm is more likely, say 350-400. Hence, I would like to hear what others are flying their first year, if anyone wishes to volunteer their times, so we can get a ballpark estimate.
You tend to put out accurate info normally, I just find the claims of what a new hire, who will sit a bit of RSV their first year, to be a bit over the top. Maybe guys ARE flying that much at ENY, I would just like to hear actual numbers rather than anecdotal claims. Not for me, but in the interest of accurate info for potential new hires looking at a new career. Not trying to stir your pot, just trying to establish if it's accurate or not. I know what was true a few months ago in this industry can be 180º out from what is happening today.

Training schedule
Does anyone have the training schedule for the first few weeks? What day do you travel home and return from CBTs and are weekends off? I know some dates are different because of holidays.
I'm trying to coordinate some things with my spouse before I start.
Thanks

Being a pilot, mainline or regional involves a great deal of uncertainty and fluxuating schedules. But that is especially true when it comes to a junior regional FO on reserve. Our HR Staff probably saved our Scheduling and CP staff a lot of future problems.
One reason that Delta and United only off preferential interviews is, it provides them to opportunity to weed out the bad seeds. AA does not have that vetting process. Once hired at an AA Wholly Owned Regional, very little can be done to prevent that person from becoming an AA Pilot. When owned by NWA, Compass Airlines interview process was much more involved for that reason, and so should envoy's.
Something to keep in mind for anyone coming to interview and to continue to mind until they get off probation.

10 days later you will return to start class again on Monday where you will start systems class for 4 hours a day, and your procedures training for the other 4 hours. You will do this Monday through Friday with the weekend off. The second week will be the same on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday will be spent in the sim going over your procedures. Friday will be your Systems and Procedures Validation (SV/PV). Once you pass, you're on to the sims. That schedule is broken up a bit, but expect it to be two weeks from start to your QLOE event.

Travel to class on Sunday. Indoc Monday through Friday, the weekend off, then your indoc test on Monday. If your training is going ahead, you will start your safety/security training Monday afternoon and finish Wednesday. You will then go home for CBT's.
