I think some qualified FOs are going to try and bypass again (not listing eligible Flight times, or worse, falsely signing flight time sheet sent out by CPO), and the hand of Management will come down hard on them.

If you mean incentives as in raising captain pay and honoring the 50% flow sure!

Is it really pay thats the problem or is it people not wanting to go sit rsv in LGA?

If it was only money then why aren't people flocking to Envoy to make 113k?

Because you don't actually make 113k. If somehow you managed with OT, it would only be for one year then right back to 67 an hour.
