Where can I get the appropriate tie I need? Twin hill and all their wisdom decided to ship all my stuff without informing me that the tie was back ordered

Think the CP office sometimes keeps some belts ties and stuff like that.

1- Crew Outfitters... several locations around the country.

2- any dark blue/black tie will be fine for now. Know one will ask

Looks like All open time is being given to FOs/CAs who need to meet consolidation hours. They are not allowing any appropriations by line holders and they are not awarding any OT to line holders. All open time is being assigned to reserves. I personally don’t see how all the reserves can meet consolidation hours, even after the extension. Wonder how management plans to deal with this upcoming problem..

First step would be to fly with a CHeck Airmen, which will extend you another thirty days...

Second step would be a recurrent...

He’s the kicker if you get to the recurrent step, your consolidation starts all over.

Yeah the sequences are usually locked when they first appear in OT, then they’re given to someone needing consolidation. So in reality there’s almost zero chance of picking up OT except for during the 48 hour manual window or by calling the next day desk if you see something still in OT that wasn’t awarded to reserve pilots after they finished awarding flying for the following day.

Plus if you send an RF to do a partial pickup before 0400, lately I’ve been seeing swaps and drops sitting on it rather than action it by the next day like they’re supposed. I guess in the hope someone else picks it up as a full trip so they don’t have to break it up or it gets assigned in advance to a reserve pilot that needs consolidation.
