For future codes, there's a document on the my envoy website that (sometimes) can help you decode what's on your schedule.
Here's the direct link (you'll need to be logged in): https://my.envoyair.com/wp-content/u...S_paycodes.pdf
But if that doesn't work its Departments > Flight > Resources Center > Pay Compensation Codes Explained (pdf)

I believe this is your base day, where you should meet with someone in the chief pilot's office (CPO). If I recall correctly I had to make first contact about this to set up a time to come in, they didn't reach out to me. I'm sure they'll mention this while you're there but this is also a good time to get your SIDA badge/parking pass set up. At ORD this can take several hours with long lines to wait in.

Yep, I called about it the same day and it was too short notice for me to come in. Wasn't a big deal, I just went to the CPO during a long sit on one of my first trips.

Ok, rant off, sorry.
To all the new hires, if your LCA doesn’t explain these things, make sure to ask. If you don’t get any answers or still have questions, reach out to your ALPA mentor. The other advice mentioned above is all good as well. I don’t generally like to spend a lot of time in the crew room either, but when you’re new, it’s a good place to chat with and learn from others who may be on long sits or standby shifts. At least this way all those airport appreciation days become somewhat useful.

As a line check airman, I still can’t believe I see and hear these questions quite frequently. I ALWAYS take the time to explain, at the very least, the basics of reserve, proffering and bidding to new hires. I know this is technically not part of our job description, but most of us fly the line every week and we have to look out for each other. I can’t imagine sending a new hire to the line without at least making sure they now how to check their schedule, proffer, or check their reserve assignents. If your LCA doesn’t do this, that’s just awfully poor form if you ask me.
