Tripping over themselves I dont think soooo. Current newhires are mostly the ones that signed up long time ago as pipeline instructors...this list will soon run out.
Thought the initial interview pass rate was closer to 50%.. unless you are counting re-interview passes? Does endeavor even publish the pass or attrition rates? You'd think they would be if it were such a good recruiting tool. All I've ever seen is "come to endeavor, the only regional with a guaranteed interview to delta and now industry leading pay rates." Either way, even if it is 75% it is still 25% below the flow. Basically endeavor has the best compensation but weaker career progression. Envoy has the progression part although it is getting longer but lacking compensation.

Also, what makes you think the pipeline intstructor numbers will decline? Envoy hasn't really had a problem filling classes even with edv's new contract.

They know that’s false. It’s not currently at 6.5-7.5 years for people flowing or people being hired. There are people on property who will flow in that amount of time (and less even) but that’s not a true representation for someone looking to come onboard now.

Is it true classes will be capped at 30 NH starting next month at ENY?

Any legitimate reason given? The EDV effect possibly?

I don't mind salesmen tactics but to be 100% dis honest is shady and not a reputation I want to represent.

During a very recent interview class, they were very nice and upfront. They stated that it would be 8-9 years. Didn't try and sugar coat it.

The folks running a very recent interview class said that this was indeed true. The decision was made last Thursday. No reason was given.

Probably because ever since they added these crazy numbered classes it’s become a total mess.

Envoy is staffed well right now and it looks like they will continue to meter the flow, so there is no need for 70+per class. 30/class (60/month) is still a ton of people and will suffice for the amount of growth that envoy anticipates. We will take the 140s out as needed. Then open 175 new hire seats as needed for the next 10 175s. I think the training with these big classes as been a huge headache. Just my thoughts.

My understanding is LGA is being offered 0 time lines. Which means they are staff at a decent level. Why is the company metering the flow? We can't continue being abused by the company no longer! This is ridiculous!

They can't cry understaffed, for the metering, and then not try to staff the airline. That's some next level BS.
