I hear that cadet and RTP commitments alone can fill 25+ per class. So chances of hiring numbers dropping below that per class is low. RTP guys would have to pay back the $23k for fixed wing training if they decided not to come to envoy? What commitments do cadet guys have monetary wise?

It's all the guys who wanted off for the holidays and are now coming to class. Yeah cadet and RTP guys will keep a somewhat steady flow to NH class. But I feel that the next class in 2 weeks will have far less than today's did.
