Very interesting. Is this a good thing or a bad thing??? Why would it concern the union?

HR will be pulling people off the street for "flight training", then parking them at MQ to build time for AA.

There is no minimum pay for anyone on a non-critical day.

Travel Benefits

On Envoy's website they indicate that your parents, spouse, and dependent children get travel benefits. Does Envoy allow you to give free flights to a friend or does it have to be a spouse?

You may designate up to 10 people on what is called your D3 list. These can be friends, distant relatives. Children that have aged out of D2 status. It's imperative that they are people you already have a relationship with and the passes may never be used for business purposes.
