I bet a lot of current envoy pilots are thinking of heading to endeavor. Pay and work rules trump flow to me, especially as a new hire.

This is what makes it a tough decision. It seems like your QOL is a bit lower than ours (especially for a new hire that would end up a CA pretty quick such as myself), and CS tries to see how much contract violation they get away with, hopefully the union keeps fighting against those happenings as well. But my biggest fear is ending up as a 10 year EDV CA that got told no by everyone cause I'm honestly not good at interviewing, and is at the mercy of whatever DL decides to eventually do with us. There are plenty of those guys here, that will stay here till they turn 65. Delta said no, nobody else calls, and if they do get an interview they get told no. And I don't want to end up being mid life and have to start over at place like Spirit making enough to qualify for foodstamps.

Default Ioe hours

So turns out if you have more than 30 hours of IOE and you need more it counts as an " Unsat" .. they told my buddy that this would go on PRIA. Can anyone confirm this?

The only way AAG and Envoy will match the pay of EDV is when people stop showing up to class in masses. This week was around 50 new hires. There is no way they will raise the pay when they are filling every class. People need to hold off coming to class then once the pay is matched start coming in droves.

Don't think that's the case. My check airman said he's seen guys take a lot more than 30 hrs. There's only a min number, not a max number. You take too long though and you might be asked to resign (with an incomplete) and apply to Mesa....
Of course I'm new too so I'll standby for correction....
