From what I was told that FO had finished His LOE just not IOE. So once we pass a company check-ride it goes into DECS as a line pilot. That is what we were told by Mr. Hebb

I don’t know about you guys, but with that pay scale you can live pretty comfortably if you work the schedule right and also have great QOl once you get some seniority.. The flow is fantastic, but that pay scale is locked in even if another economy crash happens!

I remember when All the regionals were hiring 250 hour pilots. Not one person thought 07/08 crash was going to happen.

3P/base/seat/airplane/d

Don't forget the D it's domestic since this is an AA system.

I tried it as a 3P and as a 3D same response from DECS. Per the union and Management “ a new hire who has not finished LOE can’t put a displacement and or pref to upgrade in. I am able to put in a base transfer as an FO.

I think that is because you are putting the wrong format into the 3P/3D entry.

3D/DFW/CA/E75/D
3D/DFW/CA/EMJ/D
3D/ORD/CA/E75/D

Then the response I get is “INVLD SEAT”

Flow is certainly nice. But a livable wage is good through good times and bad.

Also don't forget that the "flow" is not guaranteed to pilots outside of the protected pilots. Such pilots are subject to a performance and attendance review. So who knows what games they will play with that.
