121? Are you saying if you have airline experience you have priority in a new hire class? Are they already doing this?

No criminal history etc etc. (had 3 failures before, one of them was a type rating failure it was my first jet initial but then went there after a week did 1 sim session and passed it, and the other 2 were commercial single and commercial multi a long time ago) I don't know if their computer algorithm knocked me out for that or what. My question is, can I apply again after certain time and if yes, am I blackballed because of what happened last year when I applied? Now, when I apply, if I can re-apply, I will be ready to start class as soon as they call me. Different than when I applied last year I said I could start 6 months from that day.

Also, any news on the MIA base for new hires??

I am looking to leave 135 position to finally seek a career in 121 with a flow to AA. Please, advice anyone?

Thanks - Fly safe!
They probably assumed you were not interested anymore. Keep in mind they have hundreds of apps they deal with they can't keep track of someone that said he'd like to start next spring. I would try to get a hold of someone and explain your situation, maybe stop by the HQ. Your letter says 12 months so they should not be taking away your offer within that time.

No. I'm sure he means priority in starting class. Once you start, seniority in your class is always by Birthday.

Not anymore. It will be a tiered system as outlined above. The most senior will be the pilot who started pipeline the earliest. Then hours of 121 for the next tier, then the last group by age.

Hold up, when did this start? The last class on the 11th was awarded in the traditional method, the way they've always done by age. Where did you hear this from?
