If you start getting gotcha questions then you are doing good. If you know your memory items, limitations, EWBS, TPS(know what each number and letter represent), know what each button does in the cockpit, and know major FM1 items. Beyond that know how to look it up and if you don't know look it up. No one is going to fail you on a gotcha question.
He/she is going to start off with limitations and memory items. Knock those out and then you move on to EWBS, TPS, and MEL. EWBS and TPS is straight forward- what is this number? What does this mean? Do you need to do a static takeoff? Then you get into takeoff situations and they may ask about taking off when wind shear has been reported or TS is in the area. Then he is going to sit you down in front of the paper tiger and ask you what happens when you select and deselect each button. They are all fair game so know what each does. Know the first flight of the day checks because you will get at least 2. Study and know your stuff and learn how to say it right. Most like it if you say it cleanly instead of fumbling your way through an answer you actually know. At this point they will hit all the systems and first comes Electric because it's on panel A.
Read all the systems sections in AOM1/2 and read through a lot of the QRH checklist information. Good luck.

This has been my experience on non AQP CRJ and AQP 145. I'll see if it's the same for the non AQP 145 upgrade. This isn't a complete outline for the checkride but more of a general flow.

Thanks. Our "oral" if you wanna call it that is at MV with about 10-15 very basic questions. I think i also had to explain a safety scan on the tiger and maybe one immediate action item. At the LOE we did an interactive walk around video and had a crew briefing ...also very basic stuff.

We have 20 items. Most likely because we are using the generic Embraer QRH and we haven't developed on it yet. Most items are simple like ATTCS failure, Batt Overtemp, Airplane Overspeed, or Abnormal Engine Start.

I thought you guys would've just basically copied our manuals and then adapt to your own procedures.
