Yeah, you "heavy" drivers sure do a lot of work. You definitely deserve a higher pay band than us lowly 145 drivers. We actually have to fly and use math to figure things out. You get to relax and VNAV from wheels up to wheels down. I will forego my next raise and ask that it be put into a charity of your choice.

Yup. UPS does one pay scale and it works pretty well. Keeps tards with SJS from jumping all over chasing a check. At the end of the day you're a glorified bus driver. And the automation on the 777 makes it a lot easier to fly and the MD-80.
