Furthermore, with AAG and ENY both saying different things, no wonder trust in mgmt is an issue at this airline. On one hand, "we want 40/month" and on the other hand "we will never send more than 25/month". Conflicting messages, and again, the only ones who benefit are management of both companies, not the pilot group.

The flow is nice, but don't get it twisted - it's a staffing tool, not any sort of magnanimous gift to the pilots.

With enough guys still in the military pipeline, that won't happen. And as discussed above, ENY requires a certain amount of staffing, and AAG will respect that, while saying otherwise. They can say they want more but they won't harm their feed if taking more will affect it.

Direct Deposit, a week or so after they complete IOE.

When I went through they gave everyone $15,000 up front (minus taxes). If you got the CRJ or ERJ you'd get a check with the additional $5,000 or whatever it is now. I got my check at home by the following week.
