Quick question. December 2016 new hire based in LGA, awarded DFW June 1st, then the company moved it to July 2nd, now on June 1st, company again moves this to August 1st. Is there anything in the contract to prevent this from continuing to happen? What is the point of awarding an exact date only to keep moving it back each month? Making it pretty difficult to make any plans. Maybe I am naive to the airline industry, but please advise if there is anything that could be done other than to just expect things like this in the future. Thanks
ORD is experiencing the same problems as LGA. Lots of people about to miss consolidation, and no open time to be had.

That doesn't make sense to me. If AAC is higher than D3 then why list as a D6UJ?

Even though I may be selected in 9 months, I'm assuming I'll flow in 12 months approximately. Should that be more in line with reality?

It might be. But I haven't seen any mention of selection in the contractual flow language. They could keep the pool at 5 pilots, or 300+, they could select with 2 weeks notice or 52 weeks, and not be in violation. If you want to more accurately estimate your flow date, just focus on who is actually in class at AA and ignore selection dates.
