Someone else might have better numbers. Mine were as of April.
I can only speak for DFW 145... August 2016 hire and just got a line for June. I was off IOE by the end of October so currently 7 months on reserve.

Why don't you take your $20,000 sign-on bonus and some of your 3rd year pay and go cry to a therapist. Seniority is everything in the airline business. It used to be called, "paying your dues." Nowadays, everyone expects that someone else should pay their dues for them.
Relax dude! Who cares.. let it be. That mentality only divides the company even more.

For the record, I could care less if someone asks when flowing. It's a simple, non-threatening question that you may or may not choose to answer

The ORD / LGA 145s split evenly - 7 each.

Youngest 175 and youngest 145? Did CRJ go to most junior? Thanks.

A question about simulator training for NH. So I've been learning all the FO flows, but in the Sims, how are th CA flows getting done? Is the instructor always sitting in the CA seat getting the CA flows done? My sim partner is a NH FO as well. I don't suppose we have to learn the CA flows as well during NH training.

Thanks!

I'm doing my sims now. My partner is also an FO. The instructor sits in the back. PF sits in the FO seat, PM sits on the left. You do everything once, then take a break, switch seats, and do it again from the other seat. So you always do both PF and PM every day, and sit in both seats every day. The instructor helps you with CA flows, but when you're PM, you'll read the captain's checklists and do all of the captain tests. It seems to work pretty well. The only thing that is tough is CAT IIs, as those are seat specific. The instructors do a good job getting you through them though.

Got it. I just want to make sure that I don't have to learn the CA flows during NH training.
