My guess...these 10 slots should pretty much replace any current CRJ FO attrition. I wouldn't expect many more new hires going into it. Just my humble guess.

The oldest guy to get the CRJ (Chose #17 out of the 26, and first to get the CRJ) was 33 years old.

There's quite a bit of CRJ FO attrition still to go. Lots of pending upgrades at the til of that list. Shrinkage to come, but they still need to staff the fleet.

He means to say they were "awarded" DFW. Their transfer date is TBD. Some have waited as long as ten months last year when we were a bit more stagnant. I would be shocked if it was that long. My guess based on the last flow plan is 6-8 months and it could be shorter. I will say ORD guys are getting the transfer before the LGA guys so that might be something to think about. ORD is shrinking and LGA is growing so that played apart. I'm not sure if that will have an impact on future transfers.

Everyone in my Jan 30th class that wanted DFW was awarded it before training was over. Flow plan has us going to DFW Aug 1st. Most of the class doing IOE now.

Thanks, that's what I was trying to say but I think you said it better.

Flow plans change though. I wouldn't be surprised if they move it up or back.

Also, there are a few quirks in performing some of the EPCs, for example whose hands go where during the first 3 items of an engine failure.

I would also share that every pilot needs to read the preface section of the E/A in the QRH. Many questions are answered in there regarding this as well. It's not required by memory but please be familiar with the material. Like my co-cheese said above it's not professional standards to be learning it when it actually happens.

Anybody know what the reserve time is for the 175 at Envoy? Where the most junior base for that is as well? Thinking about making switch over from RAH. I commute from MCO.
