Sounds like those guys made a good choice. They'll have better odds of getting hired by a major, and they avoid all the contractual violations and the horrible schedules.

Short answer is only thing I haven't seen offered recently is 145 DFW.
Long answer:
Classes lately have a few 175 DFW, fewer CRJ ORD, with the majority being 145 with a choice of ORD or LGA. Class picks in order of age, oldest first. 175 goes VERY senior.

Yes agreed, but bonuses is a back handed slap to current employees. It should never have been allowed. It allows the company to keep wages down and momentarily lift them for a small group of people who haven't put any work into the company.
I understand that i indirectly benefit from the bonuses via more NHs, but there needs to be a different approach. We gave the company a easy/cheap way out.

If the company wants to give them back their longevity, more power to them. Giving them back their seniority is A. Total BS and B. A major grievance in the making
