I wanted to add something like this when I commented but wasn't sure. Yes, you have to add them yourself for sure. My memory says it was 24 hours to be processed (not just for them, but for myself). However, as far as I could tell from the website after I entered their info, it was immediate. But, again, I didn't test it.

Envoy Cadet Program
Anyone on this thread have any experience with becoming a Envoy Senior
Cadet and not becoming a CFI? Looking at building time as a VFR FAR 135 pilot to reach the 1500 hours for R-ATP. Any advice for applying to Envoy/PSA/PDT? I understand the crew base and fleet differences, but I was curious if there were other issues to consider.
Thanks in advance,

You can, however, proffer/preference out of 0400 RAP. The day before a reserve day, you look at the open trips and the reserve list and between 1000-1400 CT submit your proffer/preference for the next day. If your seniority can hold what you asked for you get it, and can confirm it after 1700. If you either don't get what you asked for, or fail to (or decide not to) confirm it, you default back to 0400 RAP.
In reality you will get a mix of flying, airport standby, and RAPs, different every day. As you get some people under you, you'll get what you proffer for more often. If you can't get something with a late sign in, you'll have to commute in the night before.

A few ORD people seemed to have a change of heart. With the next selection probably being the end of the 824 I'll be curious how many previous defers change their mind. A lot of vacation and sick time carry over hangs in the balance for number 824 vs 825.
I'm also really curious to see how many formerly numbered pilots and longtime FOs take the protected pilot flow in the first couple months.

Not sure about his specific case but the flow seems to have magic healing abilities where everyone seems to return to active status just prior to their flow date.

This particular pilot, DS, is not on the flow plan indicating a return to active status, or currently typed on any a/c on property.
