I made the mistake of using the pictures. They cover everything you need, but they do have a few differences that I didn't catch right away. They also don't show what exactly you're checking like the detailed stuff does in the AOM-1.

Can anyone give me a ballpark on what the 22k ends up being after taxes?

-40-45% in taxes said taxes are then refunded and adjusted year end to your normal tax bracket. Any other bonuses are paid as such.

That's my understanding and to the 401k question yes once on the line most have that option not sure about the sign on
