(RAP = reserve availability period, minimum 2 hour callout ORD/DFW, 3 hour callout LGA, can be on duty for up to 16 hours from beginning of RAP per 117)

Also airport standby shifts, here are the ones currently in use for ORD EMJ, these can and do change:
0600-1400
1100-1900
1500-2300
1900-0000 (to cover CDO/split duty trips)

It's a toss up. In my class the last guy to get it was 26.

There is your 4.5-5 yrs for a NH today
More growth = faster
More attrition = faster
Recession = slower
AA needs more = faster. I think if mainline needs more bodies, they will ravage all regionals rather than cancel flights for want of crewmen
Lol. Calculating attrition for flow rates like counting hotel, medical, and dental for a "total compensation per year".

Also, a NH at 600 is going to have 125 pilots magically appear below him to increase the flow to 6/month? It's going to take a bit longer than one day to hire more than 125 +attrition to get to a bump in flow. And by that time your flow is going to be ever longer for a NH. It's a simple pyramid scheme you are selling.

Also, you forget AA doesn't hire in December.

Lol. 4.5 years for flow. Now I have heard it all.

I know about DFW,ORD, and now LGA....
Any news about a pilot crew base in MIA? Who does most of the regional feed for AA in MIA?

Thanks,
