Isn't ENY doing single occupancy rooms in training now? Although I haven't seen that mentioned in their contract, it's being advertised on their recruitment page.

I haven't had to share a room with anyone.

Probably are, but I wasn't sure, so didn't say. I think SKW and a couple of other way-down-the-food-chain regionals are still sharing rooms.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case with Mesa.

How confident are people that the flow will work as planned? That has been one of the major draws for me. I know EDV has the eventual preferential Delta interview, but ENY seems to have a bit more to offer now.

I have also considered that getting on with AA as an off-the-street hire (non-military) seems to be getting harder, with all of the slots being taken through flows. Having AA in the back pocket while still applying for the other two legacies seems to be an advantage.
If you live near ny envoy is a great opportunity. It's great flying for an RJ, very jr, super short RSV. The most jr CA base. And a very fun group of captains and very jr. The culture in LGA is fantastic.

That's good to hear. How long is reserve these days? What makes it great flying?

My recruiter friend. How are you now working at the bottom end of all regional airline? envoy gets worse by the day. They are in same league with Mesa and Gojet now. I don't know how you make it to work each day.

I'd take a look at NetJets if I were you. No need to commute, higher pay than you'll ever make at ENY, predictable schedules, and no forced retirement at 65. The upgrades are slow right now, but you'll make more as an FO than you'd ever make as a CA at ENY
