We’ll see what happens when PHX opens but it’s been an interesting year for the left seat and which base is junior. At the start of the year MCL was the junior seat so the next vacancy bid might shake it up some more.

No I don't think so. Envoy has a good business plan and they are all in for the long term. Just look at the fact they are hiring a bunch of older guys with previous 121 experience that they know will stick around until they either retire or flow. They have the backing of AA and a savvy CEO that is tied to AA so they are not going anywhere. Market dyamics right now, nobody really knows but I think anyone going to Envoy right now should be in a good place.
