Quite a few PHX and SLC pilots and a lot of California FA’s. This is great news!

Well, yeah. Unless you're not from those areas and get displaced to PHX as part of a base opening. Lol

I have a feeling that there will be zero displacements needed to fill PHX. This will be a huge gain in QOL.

Huge number of recently hired FOs are from Phoenix since Phoenix is where a lot of them go to get their 1500 flight instructing. There are very few captains coming from there, but I'm hearing a lot of FAs as well.

Under 6 years.....LMAO!!!!! As if that's something to brag about.

Under 6 years.....LMAO!!!!! As if that's something to brag about. And no, they do NOT have the best flow in the industry. You're better off going elsewhere with a company who ACTUALLY flies you.

When you're hired with the stipulation you'll be flying 75+ hrs/mo then are given 15, that's a problem. You're not flowing ANYWHERE until you've at least logged the hours. You should be able to flow from Envoy after you've reached 1500 hrs (16 months under normal flying conditions). Do the math....75 hrs per month for 4 yrs is 3600 hrs (more than enough), so if it takes you 6 yrs they're not giving you the hours.

They promised 75 hrs/mo in the interview and then gave me 15. At that rate, it would've taken over 8 yrs. THAT'S WHY.

I fly for American because I left Envoy and applied on my own from another regional.

It's a sham.

Party's officially over 2027. That's when the retirement wave ends. If it coincides with a depression and AA is shrinking during that period there might be a (brief) stay of execution but if you get hired after they replace those guys you're looking at being VERY junior for a VERY long time.
