RW and everyone else in management want the CRJs gone asap. But, as stated by RW in a Q an A, the plans for them change very often. All hinges on staffing. Go figure?

Maybe they need the CRJs gone to add more 175s?

Really? What if you fail or withdraw from AA training? At PDT, our flow throughs are on leave until they pass SOE.

There is a difference with Envoy flows and PDT flows. After the 824 I would expect to see a flow back type program.

If an 824 pilot fails then they can not come back.
