When they publish the info in the public media and actually happens only the will we know. E75 replacing crj no growth. Express jet being replaced by skywest, no growth to envoy.

It is the envoy way....Call it Dougie trying to motivate you to try a little harder and take one for the team.

I know bonuses are not contractual but this sounds like a concession to me. I like how they dressed up this concession as "great news" when they published it in special news email. It's just like when they stopped allowing us to change our seats on dead head flights.

We can still change our seats, we just can’t choose MCE seats.

The change occurred after the July 11, 2018 news letter. We used to be able to change our seat to any that was available, except first class. After this change we can only change our seats to a non mce or premium seat.
