The 15 per month group is very small Oct 12 2011 until December 2014. Three years of hiring will likely flow in less than a year. (To get a more exact number add it up divide by 15 to get the number of months it takes.)

You are right it should increase but it is capped at 25% of AA hiring. So AA has to hire more than 720/year to increase the flow per month.

AA hired 940 in 2018.

For 2019, the plan is 910 hires.

And per the 2019 projections, there are 3 months that we will not send the full 29. August is the worst month per the projections. Plan for August is to hire a total of 20, of which we will flow 10. This is due to S80 displacements.

Per the LOA, your new pay rate should be effective yesterday. I have no idea how it's done though.

It's just like everyone else when they finish their IOE/Fed ride. They give you a check for the difference of the FO rate and CA rate.

Really? I thought the point of the earlier pay raise was to make waiting on training better for the upgrading FO. So they're waiting anyway, just a sort of bonus check for finishing training.

I guess, the check at end doesn't come with interest either.

This isn’t correct. If so it’s the first I have heard of it. Once you are awarded they update your pay within seven days and it goes into effect.

False, I got it (and continue to) 2 paychecks after the October bid closed. The first paycheck also covered the 2 missed payments with an additional check.
