Did Envoy have a grievance recently about DECs getting CA pay in training while upgrades got FO pay? If so, any out come yet?

Yes, it was filed recently.
No, there are no updates yet.

Wait, in the loa signed back in the spring it said fo’s would get CA pay upon award of a CA seat. Are you saying that this isn’t happening and the union had to file a grievance?!

Not quite. There was a group of guys awarded upgrade/in training at the time the LOA was signed and they didn't get retro'd/covered by that LOA, I believe, and that grievance is about them.

I doubt they will win, they were awarded CA under the old contract and therefore weren't obligated to fall under the new LOA.

Many instances of this same situation were other get screwed. This is typical envoy operations.
