Reserve life at envoy sucks. Hard line-holder at envoy also sucks. Mostly non-commutable 4-day trips with 11 days off a month. No duty or trip rigs.

Horrible quality of life at envoy right now. I'd seek elsewhere.
A perfect life would be borring, don't you think?

Too bad senior FO's are getting shafted, but this isn't 2010....
How long have you been in this business? We historically have hired until we displace. I have seen new hires get their displacement notices on their last sim before their checkride. I don't foresee anything on the horizon, but displacements are inevitable in the industry.

Im not saying they are inevitable, but you guys keep preaching a displacement. Im sorry our 6-7year Fo's are stuck with lousy schedules on the E145-CRJ.

It aint happening.

Now a days we have the luxury to pick where to work. Back then not so much so.

Don't hate the player, hate the game.

This isn't soviet Russia. You always have a choice on where to work. Envoy didn't draft you. You applied. The other places just didn't want you back then because you'd just got your private pilots license and couldn't flare.

I picked envoy because it was offering what I was looking for. Yes, base and equipment. I could easily pack my bags and pick another regional of my choice with NO problem.

Sorry brah that you weren't as lucky back in the "day" 2010.

If and when the crj and e145 are parked or transfered which leaves a small e175 and small e145 fleet, what do you think will happen

Who cares, everyone will be at American. Unless there is a step advisory or whatever for post protected pilots
