The pilots hired after DOS have about a 10% of the pilot group flowing per year. Prior to them it's a set number or percentage based on American class size. But getting to the DOS guys will take a few years 4 - 5 based on the agreement.

Are there a few guys I could PM for some insight about the company? I've been looking at both this forum and the other one for a couple months now, but with all the bickering it's hard to get a clear image of the company. I appreciate any responses! Thank ya!

PM anyone who sounds reasonable, I don't think people here are against sharing info with someone interested in working here. I personally wouldn't PM the super-negative ones because you already know the answer you're going to get, but don't discard their public arguments entirely. No regional is perfect. Their opinions do carry some truth.

You can certainly PM me or I would PM either Skyvector, go skers or Eaglepilot84. All three definitely work here, have a clear picture of what is going on and can paint the best picture of the company in real terms.
