Default Envoy vs. TSA

What do you all think the better move is for a new hire right now? ORD base is great for me, and both can accommodate that, Envoy seems to be a bit more stable being WO, additionally the flow is enticing (regardless of what people say here) TSA's growth and movement within the company are very appealing, and the pay is a significant improvement over Envoy, also people seem to be happy there.

I am stuck on what to do. This is my first airline, and step outside of 91k/135. Ive done a bunch of research and these two seem to stick out to me.

Any (constructive) input is very much appreciated.

I don't think new hires are getting ORD out of training at TSA. Think most are going to STL.

thats actually a good base for me as well, but I was under the impression that moving bases could happen within several months. but maybe I'm off on that

Well yeah if you're okay with that, then TSA is a good option.

ORD is SkyWest's most junior base on the 175 and second most junior on the CRJ.

guarrrdddddd.
but admittedly, I haven't looked much at skywest, as it seems their movement in the company is not as competitive (or so i think), and as far as the 170 goes, the airplane doesn't play a big role in the selection process.
thanks tho!

Envoy Jr base is ORD. Management is saying that the 30 e-145 that AAG sent to TSA and Xjet will start coming back next year.

The flow is good for your back pocket, apply like everybody else to the majors.

By January we should start sending 25 to 30 pilots to AA, seniority will start improving and the list will be moving faster. Good luck with your research.
