Sorry to break it to you boys, but Republic bought 6 of those 175s from AAG that were originally supposed to be delivered to Envoy. -NN tail number registered to YX just landed in SDF. Ouch.

Yep. A Chapter 7 (unlike Chapter 11) means liquidation and ceasing to exist, mainline and ALL wholly owned subsidiaries. *Poof* Settle up with creditors for pennies on the dollar, all assets vanish as payments, no stock. No nuthin.

Why ouch?
We have pilots on furlough, we have more planes that we need. AAG just reduced their debt load by 120mil. And they went to a decent operator. We still have 7 175s in the desert. Its not a bad deal for AAG.
