I think that's part of their motivation. Reverse troll.

Anyone know how long a new hire can expect to be on RSV in ORD on the CRJ? I'm guessing awhile since they aren't hiring much on to it and it's allegedly going away.....

True. I guess I can become an anti-troll to them then. They just created another person for whom they are trying to silence.

Giving people a choice of base cost the company nothing. This is completely different than hiring pace.

Current flow plans for guys starting E175 in the Dec 5th class projects them to finish late February to mid March. Haven't seen flow plans for the Dec 19th class. There might be a little down time but nothing like the multiple paid months off summer new hires were getting.

This summer there was a backlog, whether due to poor planning or the fact they felt the need to offer more E75 slots than they could handle just to get bodies in the door, regardless, they hired more than they could train. Now that they are offer decent wages and have more willing new hires, they are not offering any more E75 slots than they can train, meaning, the days of E75 students backlogs are probably not likely in the future.
