Well over 50 new hires per month.
30 upgrades per month (likely to increase)
NY back open.
Flowed more than contractually required.
Stagnation is finally being replaced by some movement.
20k bonus over two years.
150/200% OT/critical coverage We can now pick up OT from trips already assigned to reserve pilots which makes it even easier to pick up OT.

See, it's not hard guys. Pedro just listed off all of the great things happening here. Why do some of you insist on constantly whining about how bad things are here? You will flow to AA. And you will flow at or before your projected date. Just like Pedro said, we are sending more than required.

Curious to look back at AAG decisions made & reasons given for shrinkage plan for ENY back in 2014 heading into 2015, and what Mr. Kenji Hashimoto-AAG Senior VP (of WO & FFD regional carriers) had to say about ENY and it's inability to staff & growth. VERY INTERESTING READ (hindsight)

Just comparison to now that a lot of those issues he had are taken care of. Now that there is a turnaround at ENY with recruiting and staffing, AAG's actual fleet plans & shrinking of ENY has not changed. No new announcement made abt additional 175's that are options being exercised, and that concerns me.

Yeah, the only thing I've heard is that AAG might block seats on some 700s to comply with scope and make room for more 175s...but who knows. The re-opening of NY came out of nowhere, while the persistent rumors of MIA led to nothing.

Actually it was costing a significant penny, they were having 15+ on the E75 per class but could only handle 6 per class, some got sent home for 2 to 4 months awaiting training and were receiving pay and benefits during the time.

Exactly. He's probably upset that he got fired and will never flow to AA. Has to make him more bitter seeing the success Envoy is having and with the incredible flow rate we have.

I second this. Just go away! You solicite most the comments you don't like because someone has to rebuttal your BS that you spew out. If you and CR700 just stopped then this board could have some useful info vs what we have now. You both cause more harm for your cause than help.
