Sorry for so many questions guys I am just trying to make the best decision here. Lets say I get the CRJ in ORD and they get rid of them in 2018. If I get sent to NYC in the 145 will the company pay for me to move into base?

Yes......... As a displacement. Although our mec, will probably give them a waiver in the future and tell us we dont need it

When the CRJs leave it will likely cause a displacement bid (before anyone starts yelling, it will most likely be accompanied by a vacancy bid), and therefore you can go wherever your seniority holds. If you'd like to stay in ORD and your seniority can hold a seat on a different fleet that is based in ORD, then that's where you'll go.

Thank you so much for your answer. I guess the safest thing will be to take ORD 145 if offered since the 145 will be in ORD for a much longer time.

Can anyone comment on the overall quality of the training at Envoy? How does it compare to other airlines?

Rather good. Emj has some that think you should build the plane, crj, know what the switches do. Can't answer for the 175. But training is solid.
