I personally don't care where anyone goes! It's up to them. What gets me is the defend the company at all cost without even acknowledging some major issues!

Its not a bad place and they are trying to fix the issues you said. Everything changes in a heart beat, it could change quickly either way. But the flow for me is important I have 35 years of this left and I'm 3 years or less from aa. Better than having no idea if I'll ever get to mainline.

When I was there it was the place to be then 6 months later, not so much....
If they could fix the QOL issues which really cost them nothing, then it would be the place to be again with the flow and bonuses.

I'm sick and tired of people arguing that Envoy is a terrible place to work. Is it perfect? Hell no. But neither is Skywest, Expressjet, Compass etc. I've had a great time here, work with great people, it is industry average pay, great travel benefits, and i have the flow to fall back on. Schedules can be improved but i would not call them terrible, mostly cause i was not here back in the Eagle days but it works for me. Reserve is less than a year and things have been picking up with hiring which will help a lot of people get better schedules. BTW once you're a line holder trip trading is your friend. I got a great schedule with good credit by trip trading.
