Thats great. So, with 27 hired in the last two classes, and you need classes of 25 each, you are only short 23 new hires this month.

There was never an official number that required anything to work..but Ric Wilson estimated 15/a month was needed which is reasonable. We have been averaging 20/month. The trend is higher as August shows...27 for this month.

Let's see. You guys love talking about how "the math works."

Flow 30/month. Hire 15/month.

Sorry, that don't work.

We are on target going forward to have 30/Mo. We also will see some fleet size reduction on the 145.

Aag financial says we are on target ytd. Yes in the future we might need a bit more and at that time they'll take the needed measure's as they have to meet their targets. Not some pilots on a web forums targets, especially some guys who got fired. The flow is at or ahead of target and hiring is within aag financial targets.

These views are my views alone and do not reflect those of my employer or aag.

On target to have 30/month and actually having 30/month consistently are two different things.

Don't forget attrition on top of the 30/month flow. That has to be covered as well.

I'm sure you are a good guy and solid employee. However it sounds as if your pro company buds there have been holding the funnel and pouring the kool aid while you guzzle it down.

I'm not a pro anything. I read the emails us Current pilots get. Aag financial is happy with the current numbers. They control the money faucet and will continue to turn it up or down based on their numbers. Not your ding dong unemployed math. If they were not happy they keep throwing cash at it. For them it's working and they seem satisfied. The flow is not being metered and there seems to be no indication it's on any planned list to be touched. We actually have sent more than required.

Did you know Im on target to make almost 80k this year as an fo, doing 3 day trips, getting 15 days off after a little ot.

Sounds like good numbers in class. How far out can I confirm mine? I am guessing that there will be one on 1/2/17 and 1/16/17. Will they let me reserve a slot now?

That's great you are doing so well there.

You should try doing some math when you aren't under the influence of the company brew.

Don't forget to wipe off that kool aid mustache.

Lakehouse is absolutely correct that we are on pace to be hiring 30 plus each month going forward. The flow is built with these numbers and we are right on track, even a little ahead right now on the flow as it stands.

If you are hired today, it's an easy ticket to AA in 6 years or less.
