Seriously, please just stop talking. No one wants your input, thoughts, concerns, or nonsense. Just put a bandaid on your rectum because you are obviously butt hurt about something.

True but at Compass and Mesa FOs are upgrading within 12-24 months, at Envoy you'll be capped after 4 years, no more money unless you upgrade. I'm not recommending Envoy unless the upgrades come down significancy from the current 8 year wait.

IS and WAS are two words you need to understand. Upgrade time WAS eight years. Upgrade time IS ___ who the hell knows, but if you say pilots that get hired at Envoy today aren't going to upgrade for 8 years then you are smoking crack.

Careful my friend. What you've just stated amounts to hate speech in the eyes of the Envoy Elite. Watch out or the Envoy police might be all over you like flies to you know what.

Upgrade time is only as good as the latest award. That's what upgrade time IS today. Latest award makes the junior Envoy CA around 8 years and a couple of months.

If anyone is seeking information about Envoy, I would strongly caution against listening to people who either:
#1: Have never worked at Envoy
Or
#2: No longer work at Envoy and have an axe to grind.
Not only are they pushing an agenda and feel a need to justify their move, they harbor deep bitter feelings towards a management group that no longer exists post merger with US Airways.
eaglefly and emb145 are but two examples. Not even when I was an officer in the military and had to babysit a squadron did I see so much crap and immaturity be flung around. You give civilian trained pilots a bad name that they don't deserve.

As for your background (irrelevant as it is), you claim to have had to "babysit" a WHOLE SQUADRON ? That's not a glowing endorsement of your past situations, by any means. Sounds like a lot of "babies" there.
Is there any possibility that you were part of the problem and not the solution ?
Over on EL, they're talking about "classes of 2", which I assume to be either upgrades or new-hires (god, I hope it's not both). If true, it sounds like the 35/month engine has already stalled.
