What you do in response just like your post here is...........

WHINING.
Agreed. Envoy is most certainly in its worst state ever since the inception of "American Eagle" when the four "Eagles" merged. The facts don't lie.

8 year upgrade
16 year flow
LTFO tepid resolution that's not even complete (4 years later)
Abhorrent treatment on reserve
Abhorrent treatment with a line
Lines with 11 days off the norm
Celebrations over hiring 10 per month now

I'm sure we can add more. Those are just the highlights.

Envoy hired 22 this month, not 10. We are consistently hiring over 20 a month now.

That doesn't mean a lot when attrition is more than hiring.

Isn't the yearly deficit somewhere around or even over 100 ?

Of course, as I stated earlier, perhaps all is not lost regarding Envoy shrinking. Wiki indicates Envoy is slated for MASSIVE contraction anyway as CRJ and E-140/145's are transferred or parked. That contraction will be over a year or two, so the remainder of the 824 and outside attrition which should spike as Delta and United hire like gangbusters getting Envoy pilots directly, but also opening more slots at LCC's as those pilots grab the brass ring at those legacies as well. Since all the flow and likely a few captains will go to Delta/UAL, that along with contraction will impede upgrades as the airline will want to remain balanced in seat staffing. F/O's will go to just about any legacy or LCC if offered, so that attrition should be the majority of Envoy's non flow attrition. Add it all up and the betting man says Envoy will be an advancement glue factory for awhile starting this Fall.

We shall see.

I feel sorry for the girls that dumped eaglefly and ag386. Y'all probably stalked them and sabotaged their future relationships.

LOL !

....and yet ANOTHER one heads to the Alamo to join the Blatz beer party in progress.

Since were talking psychology now, I don't feel sorry for the Envoy B.S.er's here, just fascinated. It's VERY unusual for victims of Stockholm/Battered Wife Syndromes to morph into the "it's OK to shaft other chumps since I got screwed and am GETTING screwed and so I'm entitled to do unto others and then split" mentality. Simply fascinating.

I've looked in other regional threads, including the other AAG WO's and have yet to find this demented psychology demonstrated, let alone so robustly displayed. There really must be something in the water there. Again, simply fascinating.

*** are you even talking about? Your analogies suck. If you look into other regional threads you will also see that ex-employees don't come back and bash their former company. You and some of your cronies sure do like to hold grudges, which is a REALLY crappy character flaw to have as a human being. I feel kinda bad for you!

He reminds me of guy that commuted from the east coast, and lived in his moms house. DC or Philly area. Can't remember.
