Not my job to worry about. If those airplanes are rejected back to them they have to go somewhere. Time will tell. Things will only get better over time at envoy. The worst is over. However I agree we won't make the massive gains we need.

It was true for a couple of guys who got hired last december when Envoy hired "a lot" of people on the 145. Currently guys at the bottom of the reserve list have been here for 4-6 months..
If the company doesn't hire on the 145, these guys will stay on reserve forever.

Well, I guess that's one way to go forward. I guess I can see how you feel "things will only get better over time" when you don't concern yourself with reachable, coherent results in your math.

Who cares about the 175, and clearly the math is there that somehow guys will have to come to the 145 at some point. After these last 5 years you and I both should be experts in patience.
Also if you want the 175 so bad wait to upgrade into it. Simple math shows the upgrades will have to continue.
Also what's the status of parker or Kirby I forget who saying in a town hall that more 145 airplanes late 2016 will return back to Envoy .

Wow - yeah - you really showed me there Doofy.
Try reading for comprehension before making replies anyway. You would notice I inferred I was a Captain, in the top 100 actually. My concern is for my senior FOs, who I bet mostly could'nt care less about a shiny 175, but they DO care about Quality of Life and management once again is raping them of it and handing it to new hires while ALPA stands by and does nothing - mainly because Sam the president has been a paid off weak and self serving spoiled rotten rich kid patsy - he doesn't want to rock the boat and damage his precious own flow.

So, you're willing to put 2-2 together even though it doesn't seem to be adding up to 4 given the present realities ?

This is about the weakest retort I have seen to date. "If you want the 175 so bad, wait to upgrade into it?"

The list will balance itself eventually like it always do. Those hired in the E175 will have the same relative seniority in that equipment until they can upgrade. So if there's 100 E-175 lines and you are the 101 you can rest assure you will be the bottom line holder or top RSV guy until the 2016 hires start upgrading.
Now, I understand what you say about Sam, but after talking to him in person I also understand his point. He wants to win small battles one by one, instead of rocking the boat and get nothing.
Let me put is this way...
MANAGEMENT is like a woman with PSM, they are touchy and if you say or do something that cross the line it will explode in furry. But if you give them chocolate, they will treat you a little bit better.
