If you want ORD they will send you to Ord. You might even be able to choose which plane.

The flow looks like it will work out for those at the top but new guys like me probably won't ever see it. Endeavor is offering a 1 year upgrade. That's the main reason I'm looking at them. Plus you get a guaranteed Delta interview.
You won't upgrade in 1 yr because you need 1,000 P121 before you can upgrade. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I am in the same boat as you , but I would have to commute to all of their bases , and New York would be horrible. Hard to pass up the pay they are offering .

Don't think this way guys and gals. If you have to wait in line and delay classes don't do it. Take the first class you can. Still can't understand what people's hard-on is for the 175.

Yes, I was thinking along the lines of the bonus they are offering would help me pay back the Envoy bonus and have some left.

You are right I know. Close to 300 now. I know it will take a year to a year and a half at Endeavor to get there. It's hard to pass up the money they are offering. Plus you get a Delta interview. I'm pretty new but the treatment here is pretty bad. I'm not expecting any better treatment at Endeavor but at least I'll be compensated for it.

The treatment will get better from where you are now. Being at the bottom anywhere is going to be awful. It may not get great but it will be a hell of a lot better then bottom of reserve. So let that be a part of your decision as well, not where you are now, because it will change.

What, specifically, constitutes pretty bad treatment? Not intending any snark by the question, genuinely interested in what creates problems in the day-to-day life of a regional pilot at Envoy.

I'm on reserve. I get that. Pay your dues and all. Getting assigned 4am RAPs on day one. Finishing very late on your last day. Both of these are terrible for commmutability. Crew scheduling is nasty with you on the phone. There's a punitive atmosphere here. Fatigued? Deal with the chief pilot, get your pay docked likely not to ever get reimbursed. How's this? On reserve, fly 5 legs and fatigue when you are asked to extend and go to an overnight. Already flown over 3.5 hours. Get 3.5 hours deducted from your pay. Fight with crew pay to restore to no avail. File a grievance, sits there. Already are making peanuts.

On top of all that, hostile management who is talking up a 2.5 year upgrade which is an outright lie. And a 6 year flow which I've figured out is bogus. Besides the top guys who won't flow, maybe 300 past that will get to. Not much of a chance for those of us after. That's a lot of it.

Does the union help with any of this?
