Managements new estimates are now down to 200 flows from 360. It's my belief that we will be lucky to get 180. This shows the fragility of projections and that trust is still a major issue between envoy pilots and management.

I think everyone knew 2016 would have a slow down due to recalls over the summer and the May 6th deadline for them.

Upgrade projection for 2016 is actually up for the year from 200 to 224 now. According to Ric Wilson yesterday.

Hard to say, i would have rather them start with a conservative number and exceed it then back away.

Could still be close to 300 not knowing the amount of recalls and the fact the othersare starting to get into a position to meter as well.

I speak for many here when I ask where are the vacancies to support this? I am tired as many others are of rosy projections. My concern is that he says 224 but we get 112, half just like his flow prediction.

I can say I'm projecting to earn $350k this year but we all know as an envoy pilot that isn't likely.

It's 10ish a month May-Jul. Even if we did 30 a month Aug-Nov we end up at 240, not close to 300. 240 is the new best case scenario and things coming out of AA recruitment have been not stellar concerning 2016 hiring. Things are slowing down for 2016 not ramping up. We'll be lucky to hit 180 this year.
