Plenty of junior pilots at RAH that have no future now. May not be much better here, but I sure wouldn't stay there.

Not really a whipsaw situation. Envoy did not undercut anyone. Bankruptcy is the result of poor management or strategy. If people leave Republic, that is there choice. I can't see them furloughing, but anyone's guess

They may not furlough but they will stagnate and shrink as they shed aircraft in bankruptcy and lose tons of pilots off the bottom. Plus they won't be able to hire for a while until people know whats going to happen.
