Yes, I would. This place is apparently going nowhere, no upgrades in sight. JetBlue is a great option for any current Envoy FO.

You didn't have to mention it, it was more then obvious. Your reference was to an "argument" about spelling and I was the only one of the two of us that described. Nice try at tap dancing your way out of the obvious, but once again, you failed.

Deflecting that by a feeble attempt at innocence won't do, but whatever keeps your self-denial in check........

Do you even work here, friend? I guess you don't understand the Envoy payscale. News flash: we don't get paid AA pay. Envoy pay is in fact one the THE WORST payscales in the industry. In no way is B6 a lateral move.

Yes, calling JetBlue "shaky" is quite ridiculous. Some of their captains are raking in $200K/year I'm told. Their future is certainly as stable if not more then Envoy's.

I don't think he realizes just how absurd his claims sound.

Apparently if you work at jet blue you are "giving up" ever working at AA and making $76/hr. Makes sense....

To be fair, the likelihood of one becoming an OTS hire at AA is extremely small. I believe I posted the info a few pages back. Somewhere around 50 OTS in 2015.

That's the top 0.3% of candidates.

How long will that last though? When AA, DAL and UAL all start retiring 600+ pilots a year, that "10,000" application pool starts shrinking pretty fast. Just my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the flow is a great backup and creates movement and makes sense for a lot of people who wouldn't initially be qualified at a legacy (no degree, checkride busts, etc.) but you can't tell me if you are qualified and don't work at Envoy you won't have a shot at AA in the future.

AA will also get through calling back all of their furloughs this summer, so I would expect OTS hires to increase this year anyway
