Would you leave Envoy for jetblue if you had been here for more then 5years? Don't want to start an argument, just want intelligent opinions. And yes IK all the flow promises and would be over at AA in potentially 3 years, my gut tells me to pack up shop and say adios to Envoy.

Do you even work here, friend? I guess you don't understand the Envoy payscale. News flash: we don't get paid AA pay. Envoy pay is in fact one the THE WORST payscales in the industry. In no way is B6 a lateral move.

How long will that last though? When AA, DAL and UAL all start retiring 600+ pilots a year, that "10,000" application pool starts shrinking pretty fast. Just my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the flow is a great backup and creates movement and makes sense for a lot of people who wouldn't initially be qualified at a legacy (no degree, checkride busts, etc.) but you can't tell me if you are qualified and don't work at Envoy you won't have a shot at AA in the future.
