New Envoy Information

Our MEC members all fly regularly. Same with the negotiating committee. I recently flew with the Sec/Treas. who was doing fly back. Basically flying instead of staying at home and crediting his pay to our budget. He was not out of touch as he was instrumental in the envoy pay sheet that came from our well documented issues with paycomp. Funderburk is the flow guy.....definitely not out of touch as we always are fighting a battle on that front it seems. Sam is on top of the rest and I wouldn't put him in the out of touch category.

Now, if there was some MEC level subversion going on painting how out of touch Mgmt. is with their line pilots I could see that. It wouldn't be because the MEC is out of touch. It would be an effective strategic move to show management and prospective new hire pilots the level of frustration with the current path management has taken us down.

Kenji must've put the word out that either we get more new hires at any cost (including one's integrity) or there'll be some changes. Of course, Doug and Jerry didn't put any money up to make it happen...

Nothing to see here folks. Move along. Credit to the guy for stopping by, but obviously we're not going to get the info we need in order to present our airline in a positive light on social media. I meant what I said about being willing to be the #1 salesman, but I'm not worthy of Top Secret magical management math.
It's really unfortunate the attitude presented was one of STF U, you whiny pilots - which certainly didn't do any favors for the airline's image. If prospective new hires saw that I'd guess he's done just as much damage as any of us possibly could along with validating everything that's been said here about indifferent management and how unlikely it is that our work environment is going to improve.
Until they wave their magic wand and we miraculously flow the 300+, get 200+ upgrades in the next 10 months (less than 8 for the flows due to Letter T, Christmas and July), and Charlie B. makes it to AA on time - shut up and get back to work.
