Sweet! That's a crazy approach, he will need some good luck!

I heard he was going to be in my neck of the woods, captaining his mighty gee five to Chicago's Meigs field.

Envoy is clearly not a good place to be, so if they are making your life sooo miserable, no seniority is worth the wrinkles on your face nor the shortened life span! There's a ton of regionals out there with <1 year upgrades and better QOL that will be happy to hire you on the spot.
Which regionals have less than a 1 year upgrade, ive been looking at everyone for the last 2 months trying to figure out where to go next...

PSA if you want to upgrade in 6 months and be on the worst reserve in the industry for the forseeable future

Reserve here is absolutely terrible, and a "short upgrade" CA will certainly be on reserve for a while......A loooong while.

I don't know anything about anyone else's reserve system but it cannot be worse than ours. Beyond terrible into "drain the life out of you(and your family)" bad.

I speak from experience....lots and lots of experience.

We have had FOs and CAs on reserve for over 3 years now. I think reserve anywhere is a prison sentence.

If Delta waited a year to pull the plug on Comair it may have turned out much different.

Pinnacle guys getting $20,000 a year retention bonuses? Even the bean counters at Delta could see that Comair wasn't that expensive.

You can do that very quickly by going to Trans States and probably make more than you do today if you have enough hours
