I count 39 fewer unfilled FO vacancies in July than in April, about 87 overall in July compared to 126 in April and 164 in January. I added up all the posted FO vacancies and subtracted all the FO awards. I think they have predicted a slightly reduced demand due to reduced attrition which is to be expected. I think it's still a healthy demand to keep training new pilots, but I am not an expert.

You ask an impossible question considering Envoy suddenly stopped running Orientation groups a few months ago and pilots who were predicted to have May and June Orientation dates still don't have Indoc dates. Envoy has slowed down pilot training for the summer, I don't think they have run interviews in months but they have a lot of pilots waiting without dates. I think Envoy plans last minute and just notifies the people they need 2-3 weeks out. Also, things will likely change before October.
Plan for the worst and hope for the best.

What's the wait currently for a class date?
Have my interview early October.
I'm in training at ABX right now, but still want to have options incase ABX is really slow.
Not sure if it would be worth lateraling to Envoy with the goal being majors, especially with how my seniority is going to be riding this growth wave from Amazon planes/the slow down of having to restart going through another training event...

Curious why you say this, everyone says I'll be flying more at Envoy than ABX with a quicker upgrade. Is there not much attrition from Envoy to Delta, United right now? (Obviously not to American)

I flew with an FO recently who said he reached 950 121 hours in about a year and a half on the line by aggressively picking up overtime.
